DW AGENCY, S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "DW"), in its capacity as responsible party in charge of your personal data, states that for the purposes of this notice, its address is located at Guadalajara 81, Colonia Roma Norte, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, cp. 06700 in Mexico City.

DW presents this privacy notice in order to comply with the articles related to the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter the "Law").

It is important that you consider that in order to enter into any commercial and/or labor relationship, DW requests its collaborators, clients and suppliers to read this document carefully, since the simple provision of your personal and/or sensitive data, such as: name, date of birth, marital status, nationality, address, occupation, telephone, social networks (hereinafter "personal data"), constitutes the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA.

In the case of customers and suppliers; that is, commercial relationships, the information, data and documents that are part of the contracts, will be used and will have as purpose; the reception, delivery and supply of services and products, verify compliance with the contracted obligations, conduct studies on consumption levels, report changes, as well as transmit information to its subsidiaries and / or affiliates in Mexico or outside the country.

In the case of future collaborators, staff and personnel in the process of recruitment; that is to say, labor relations, the information, data and documents will be used in order to manage the hiring or existing labor relationship, as well as to transmit information to its subsidiaries and/or affiliates in Mexico or outside the country.

EXERCISE OF THE ARCO RIGHTS

The owners of the data in possession of DW, may rectify them, cancel them or oppose their transmission and treatment for specific purposes. The ARCO Rights will be exercised by submitting the respective request, which must be sent to legal@wearedw.com, complying with the formalities and requirements of Chapter IV On the Exercise of the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition of the Law and providing your contact information as well as a copy of your valid official identification.

DW will have a period of 15 (fifteen) business days to respond to the request, require any additional information and reply to the same email address to which the request was made.
